Monolayer PE Film Blowing Machine is used to for plastic film blowing, like low density polyethylene(LDPE), high density polyethylene(HDPE), linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE). It is widely used for producing the packing bags for foodstuff, clothing, rubbish bag,vest bags and etc.

Main motor and traction motor are frequency inverter motor, controlled by frequency inverter, stable working and power saving.

What is PE blown film? The working priciple of monolayer PE film blowing machine

Films are created by different methods of film plastic blowing machine or film blowing extruder. Blown films and cast and extruded films are the three most common methods of creating films.

Blown films, also commonly known as tubular films, are created by blow film extruder machine and pe plastic film extruder machine through a tubular-shaped die and then stretched and blown with air to create a very thin-walled film. Polyethylenes such as LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE polymers are common resins that are used to create blown films. The most common product created by blow film extruder machine is disposable grocery bags and other types of food and consumer packaging. Other types of film include greenhouse films and shrink wrap films. Monolayer PE film blowing machines are typically very tall vertical towers that stretch and blow the films into their final form. After the air exits and the film cools, it is rolled through a series of rollers that flatten it into layers. Blown films have very good mechanical properties because it is stretched and blown both horizontally and vertically during extrusion.
